Dr. Joseph Beltempo, Ph.D. Psychologist Since 1984 he was Lecturer in the Psychology Department of Concordia University (in Montreal) teaching in a wide spectrum of clinical and research areas. His clinical training was in Cognitive and Gestalt psychology at the University of Montreal. His approach takes into account the holistic (systemic) ways reflecting Native cultural perspectives together with contemporary clinical psychology. From 1982 to 2012, Dr. Beltempo, senior clinical psychologist, worked for Kahnawake Shakotiia'takenhas Community Services, a Mohawk Community. For two years he was the Coordinator for the Kahnawake Outreach Project, which was established to deal with the after-effects of the 1990 Mohawk Crisis. His clinical work has largely focused on addiction, mental health, dual diagnosis, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders and various methods of clinical intervention. He is highly trained in assessments and interventions of FASD and has received extensive training in diagnostics. He is Clinical Site Supervisor for Doctoral Interns in Psychology at Concordia University and McGill University. He is an Expert Witness and Consultant for Youth Courts of Quebec involving First Nations peoples.
He is the father of three young adults and married since 1980. Dr. Beltempo received his B.A. in Psychology from McGill University. He earned his Master's (MA, 1979; Ph.D. 1986 and Post-Doctorate, 1990) in Research & Clinical Psychology from Université de Montréal. He is a member of the Order of Psychologists of Quebec since 1979 (Lic. 2675-80).

University of Colorado, Anschutz School of Medicine Dr. Khosla received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology/Immunology from UCLA, and his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine. He did his residency in Family Medicine at the Southern Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program in Pueblo, Colorado. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has Certificates of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Sports Medicine and in Brain Injury Medicine. He helped establish the Sports Medicine Tract at the Southern Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program where he received the “Outstanding Faculty of the Year†award for eight straight years.

Dr. Khosla has served as a crew chief with the United States Olympic Committee as part of their anti-doping program and has served as the teams physician for Pueblo City Schools, District 70 schools, and for Colorado State University-Pueblo. And yes, you might have seen him on the Weather Channel, Dateline NBC and Strange Evidence for his involvement in the 29th Street water rescue. His interests include kayaking, mountain biking, running, skiing, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and four kids.
