Adjunct Assistant Professor, Duke University Global Health Institute, Durham, NC. Dr. Sheikh is a consulting cardiologist, practicing on the Space Coast of Florida. He serves as Director of the Health First Institute for Cardiovascular Wellness and Disease Prevention. He is engaged in clinical practice, as well as research and teaching. His academic appointments include Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Duke University Global Health Institute, as well Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Central Florida.
His clinical interests include preventative cardiology, cardiac imaging, and global cardiac health and wellness. He was voted by the Consumer council of America as one of America’s top cardiologists. Dr. Sheikh speaks at national and international forums about a variety of topics related to his clinical research, cardiovascular diseases and cardiac wellness. He has served as the principal investigator in over 100 national and international clinical trials. He has authored over 150 scientific abstracts, peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and reviews. He is the author of the critically acclaimed heart wellness book, “Don’t Let Your Heart Attack.”

Board Certified OB/GYN: American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Board Certified Integrative Medicine: American Board of Physician Specialties Felice L. Gersh, MD, is double Board-Certified in OB/GYN and Integrative Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. This was followed by a four-year internship and residency in OB/GYN at Kaiser Hospital in Los Angeles. More recently she completed a 2-year fellowship program in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona School of Medicine.
She specializes in all aspects of female health, with a focus on managing female hormonal dysfunctions.
In addition to her many national and international speaking engagements, she works full time as the Medical Director of the Integrative Medical Group of Irvine. She served many years as an Assistant Clinical Professor of OB/GYN at the Keck/USC School of Medicine and currently serves as a Consultative Faculty member with the Fellowship inIntegrative Medicine at the University of Arizona School of Medicine.
Dr. Gersh has been awarded membership in the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha, named the outstanding volunteer faculty for the OB/GYN Department at USC-Keck School of Medicine, and identified as a Physician of Excellence for Orange County 16 years in a row.
