Program Purpose / Objectives
Conference Sessions generally take place on days at sea (as itinerary allows), giving you plenty of time to enjoy your meals, evenings and ports of call with your companion, family and friends.

Dr. Sanson is an Emergency Physician with more than 20 years of experience in emergency medicine education, emergency department management, and leadership. She is a consultant and educator on Leadership development and Medical education at TracySansonMD.
Dr. Sanson has served in several and varied leadership positions with the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM), the Council of Residency Directors (CORD), and the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). She is a member of the ACEP Speaker's Bureau and the 911 network. She has been a member of the ACEP faculty for many years, including the ACEP Teaching Fellowship and the Emergency Department Directors Academy.
Dr. Sanson completed her medical degree and residency training at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has held director positions in the US Air Force, the University of South Florida and TeamHealth during the past 20 years. Dr. Sanson heads her own consulting firm, specializing in leadership training.

Randy Keirn is a first responder, training professional, and leadership expert who has held numerous leadership roles in the Fire Service, his community, professional associations, and as a business owner.
He currently serves as a District Chief in Operations and as the Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Division Chief for Lealman Fire District - in Pinellas County, Florida. He previously served as the Department's Training Officer for 11 years and honored as the State of Florida Fire Service Instructor of the Year in 2010. In addition to his ongoing work in EMS, he previously worked as an Emergency Room Nurse for over 10 years.
He is the president of Fully Involved Consulting, Inc. specializing in achieving results through training, facilitating, and coaching in the areas of leadership development, workforce development, communications, conflict management, and cultural transformation.
He is an active member of the National Speakers Association who earned the prestigious designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) in 2015. He is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Chapter Leadership Committee whose responsibility is to help prepare and mentor current and incoming Chapter Presidents.
Randy is a lifelong learner. He is a Results Certified Coach, has a Masters Degree in Public Administration, Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management, Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Fire Service Instructor III, Fire Inspector, Registered Nurse and Paramedic. He is a Master Trainer for the Conflict Dynamics Profile and MBTI Certified Practitioner.

Miami, Florida - As far as vacation destinations go, Miami tops most sun-seekers’ lists. With its gorgeous beaches, vibrant neighborhoods and melting pot of cultures, the Magic City is the perfect place to spend a few days before your Caribbean island hop. Ahead of your cruise from Miami, jump-start your morning in true Miami style with a Cuban cafecito from a ventanita — a streetside shop window. Then climb the historic lighthouse at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park on quiet Key Biscayne before lounging on the island’s secluded sandy shores. If you’re looking for a bit more action, head to South Beach — home to world-class restaurants, nightlife, shopping and lively beaches, all set against snap-worthy Art Deco buildings.
